We will notify you of any material changes to our Privacy Policy by posting the new Privacy Policy on our Website. You are advised to consult this Privacy Policy regularly for any changes. This Privacy Policy is incorporated into, and considered a part of, CanvasMi’s Terms and Conditions.

Personal Data: We collect personal data from you when you voluntarily choose to register with SMARTii, when you use the Services, and when you send SMARTii or Users information or communications in connection with your use of the Services. We use the personal data that we collect in order to provide and improve our Services, and as otherwise set forth in this Privacy Policy and in our Terms and Conditions. Examples of personal data may include, but are not limited to, first name, last name, business name and information, address, email address, telephone number, birth date, business license, appointment information, location, IP address, billing and credit card information, as well as any other non-public information that may be associated with or linked to any of the foregoing data

Third Party Personal Data: SMARTii may collect information, including personal information that others provide about you when they use the SMARTii Platform and the Payment Services, or obtain information from other sources and combine that with information we collect through the SMARTii Services. We do not control, supervise or respond for how the third parties providing your information process your Personal Information, and any information request regarding the disclosure of your personal information to us should be directed to such third parties.

Third Party Services: If you link, connect, or login to your SMARTii Account with a third party service (e.g. Google, Facebook, Instagram, or Apple), the third party service may send us information such as your registration, friends list, and profile information from that service. This information varies and is controlled by that service or as authorized by you via your privacy settings at that service.

Use of Personal Data: SMARTii uses the personal data you provide in a manner that is consistent with this Privacy Policy or with any applicable service-specific agreement. If you provide personal data for a certain reason, we may use the personal data in connection with the reason for which it was provided. For instance, we will use the personal data you input during the registration process to administer access to the Services and, if applicable, publish information about business owners on the Website. We may also contact Business owners to tell them about products and services that the SMARTii may offer and to further promote the Services. We may send Users marketing communications. We will give Users the opportunity to opt out of receiving communications from SMARTii.

Customer Credit Card Information: SMARTii uses a third party to keep a protected copy of your credit card number. This billing data belongs to you, and by utilizing the Service, you grant SMARTii a license to use this data to bill you for services rendered.

The Payments Data Controller needs to collect the following information, as it is necessary for the adequate performance of the contract with you and to comply with applicable law (such as anti-money laundering regulations). Without it, you will not be able to use Payment Services:

Payment Information. When you use the Payment Services, the Payments Data Controller requires certain financial information (like your bank account or credit card information) in order to process payments and complies with applicable law.

Identity Verification and Other Information. If you are a business owner, the Payments Data Controller may require identity verification information (such as images of your government issued ID, passport, national ID card, or driving license) or other authentication information, your date of birth, your address, email address, phone number and other information in order to verify your identity, provide the Payment Services to you, and to comply with applicable law.

Payment Transaction Information. SMARTii Payments collects information related to your payment transactions through SMARTii, including the payment instrument used, date and time, payment amount, payment instrument expiration date and billing postcode, Stripe email address, your address and other related transaction details. This information is necessary for the adequate performance of the contract between you and Stripe Payments and to allow the provision of the Payment Services.

Personal non-identifying Information: We may collect personally non-identifiable information from you at the time of registration, or when you choose to use certain of our Services. This information is not, by itself, sufficient to identify or contact Users. Examples include but are not limited to demographic data, age, education level, profession, geographic location or gender. SMARTii may store such information, or it may be included in databases owned and maintained by SMARTii ‘s affiliates, agents or service providers. The Services may use such information and pool it with other information to track, for example, the total number of visitors to our Website and Mobile application the domain names of our visitors’ Internet service providers. It is important to note that no personal data is available or used in this process.

When you interact with us through the Services, we receive and store certain additional, personally non-identifiable information. Such information, which is collected passively using various technologies, cannot presently be used to specifically identify you. Advertising and Social Media; Sharing With Your Consent.
