- Third Party Services: If you link, connect, or login to your SMARTii Account with a third party service (e.g. Google, Facebook, Instagram, or Apple), the third party service may send us information such as your registration, friends list, and profile information from that service. - Customer Credit Card Information: SMARTii uses a third party to keep a protected copy of your credit card number. This billing data belongs to you, and by utilizing the Service, you grant SMARTii a license to use this data to bill you for services rendered.
- The Payments Data Controller needs to collect the following information, as it is necessary for the adequate performance of the contract with you and to comply with applicable law (such as anti-money laundering regulations). Without it, you will not be able to use Payment Services:
- Payment Information. When you use the Payment Services, the Payments Data Controller requires certain financial information (like your bank account or credit card information) in order to process payments and complies with applicable law.

SMARTii Payments collects information related to your payment transactions through SMARTii, including the payment instrument used, date and time, payment amount, payment instrument expiration date and billing postcode, Stripe email address, your address and other related transaction details. This information is necessary for the adequate performance of the contract between you and Stripe Payments and to allow the provision of the Payment Services.
- Personal non-identifying Information: We may collect personally non-identifiable information from you at the time of registration, or when you choose to use certain of our Services. This information is not, by itself, sufficient to identify or contact Users. Examples include but are not limited to demographic data, age, education level, profession, geographic location or gender. SMARTii may store such information, or it may be included in databases owned and maintained by SMARTii ‘s affiliates, agents or service providers. The Services may use such information and pool it with other information to track, for example, the total number of visitors to our Website and Mobile application the domain names of our visitors’ Internet service providers.
